"We stayed at the Hue Hotel for one night on our way to Victoria and were very impressed. The room was clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was excellent for our travels. The hotel is pet friendly and provided coffee at reception in the morning. Overall, a great hotel with excellent value for the price. We would definitely stay again."

"Stayed on the second floor above the bar for 4 nights; the first two were nice and quiet, but on Friday and Saturday the thump thumping of the music went on until at least 12:30 a.m. Earplugs solved the problem, but if you're a light sleeper, you better get a room on a different floor. Worse was the cleaning staff making a lot of noise in the hall at 7:30 a.m. Sunday morning. My room was "tired" and in need of some renovations if it's going to be rated a 3 star hotel, but I consider the value for money to be very good. (Odd that there was no light switch by the door to the room.) The bed was very comfortable. The front desk staff were very nice. Great location in a very cool little city. Lot's going on around the hotel. Had a brand new Keurig coffee machine that couldn't be plugged in to the wall (the cord was 2" long). I didn't bother mentioning it to the front desk though as there was lots of good coffee not to mention a nice basic selection of food at the free breakfast. I would likely stay here again for the price."

"Hotel bathtub is very high walled: no grab bars at all. Anyone with mobility issues, even a sore leg will be challenged to get in and out. This includes parents lifting children in and out of tub. First time I've felt insecure trying to take a shower. I mention this as the height of the bathtub is taller than usual, no place to steady oneself. Addition of grab bar would go a long way The hotel itself is in a newish commercial area. Walking the area is okay."
