Quality Inn DFW Airport North
The number that they provided for the airport shuttle was disconnected. I called the front desk which gave option 1 for reservations and option 2 for front desk. When i hit #2, the line just hung up. I waited to see if the shuttle would ever arrive and it did not. I have to catch an uber to the quality ...

Soka Suites Dallas - Las Colinas
The staff were super nice but there was not breakfast like we were told there was. The handicap shower flooded and got water everywhere! The people above were super loud and I notified front desk and was told they would switch us rooms and it never happened!
