The staff were very nice and helpful, the air conditioning worked well which was appreciated as it was very hot while we were there. The breakfast buffet was lovely. "Friendly staff, clean rooms, and good parking. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk from the train station where you can take the cable car up to the old city. Best if you have a car since there is free parking below the train station and you’ll need to take the cable car into the old city. Breakfast is fair and available daily. Sound travels from the hallway as well as the street below, esp if you have your window open. AC is in the room but seemed to be hard to modify and the room stayed warm....

"Rooms were small but clean and had all the necessary items. Good AC, thankfully, as Orvieto was very hot. Breakfast (included) was simple but good. The staff were friendly, fast and helpful. Two items to note: 1) Hotel signage is very subtle. Believe your Apple Maps. It’s there. 2) Parking is scarce. Plan to walk a bit. Good overall. Thanks!"
