My wife and I stayed at this property September 10, 2026. Since it was not a popular name brand we were a little apprehensive but all of our apprehension was for nothing! These people were great! We got very personalized service along with a clean room and incredible location. It was well maintained with all the expected amenities plus even MORE than we had imagined. We are pretty picky people but this was a place that I not only enjoyed September 10 but will hopefully return to in the future. Highly recommend.

We loved everything about this property. The location was so close to everything on a quiet little street. The bed was the most comfortable of all the places we stayed in Italy. Luis went above and beyond to assist with anything we needed. Would 100% stay here again if we visit Orvieto in the future.

Fantastic! Valentina and Luis made us incredibly welcome. Good tips for food and a nearby laundromat plus early luggage drop off and pick up made a world of difference. Room was excellent. Much much better than we have experienced in Florence or Rome, with a lovely bathroom with rain shower and an extremely comfortable bed and sifa bed.

The staff was lovely and the area as perfect for exploring Orvieto. The room was clean though small with little space for suitcases or sitting anywhere but the bed. On nice days, this wouldn’t be an issue but it was rainy and cold while we were there so it did feel more limited.

Located on a quiet side street off a church plaza where the morning market is held, it was very convenient for shopping, eating, or taking a stroll. Room is very nice. The office is across the street; it's only open during limited hours, but the staff are very helpful.
