"Had a power outage for six hours at night so room got cold. Staff offered no compensation at all, not even a complimentary snack or discounted food or anything. Also had to evacuate because of a fire alarm the next day. Staff when we checked out were very dismissive when we brought to their attention when they asked how our stay was. Room and facilities were okay, they just can’t handle out of the ordinary things very well."

"We were happy to have a place to stay that was in a great location. But being forced to use and pay for valet is silly and inconvenient having to ask for keys to a car that is parked 20 feet away. It was cool being in my grandfather’s high school, but the interior room furniture is rusting. It’s a comfortable spot, great locale. "

"Beautiful hotel. Great amenities - various spots to grab a bite or a drink. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again. "

"Room was clean staff were all friendly. Parking is $45 for valet overnight. I recommend self parking in the allied garage next door to the hotel which will save you some money. Room was 78 degrees upon arrival set ac to 68 and hour later it was 79 degrees. HVAC was not working. Brought it up to front desk and nothing could be done. Breakfast at restaurant in hotel is good. Do not believe there is any complimentary options available."

"Room was clean but half of the rings on the shower curtain were broken, making it hard to open/close. Restaurant was good. Location is great for our visit. Room cards stopped working after came back from the NHL game we attended but staff had thr problem fixed immediately. "
