「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we...

「Well located in the heart of the old town. Close to parks, shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Clean room with air conditioning.」

「酒店整體都好，櫃檯職員好友善，酒店樓下周圍就已經有好多餐廳。唯一不足之處就係沒有雪櫃，連共用雪櫃都沒有，想買鮮奶或乳酪都沒有雪櫃存放。」

「Good location good service」

「Quite good. But the hotel is a bit far away from the city centre. It took quite a long time for transportation.」

We were there for a wedding and there was a limited amount of steam irons available which I found annoying as they constantly wanted the irons back. Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.」

「Good location as located in town centre which easy to access any sightseeing areas. Housekeeping is excellent as tidy up our sleeping clothes actively. Front desk staff (2 ladies and 1 man) are friendly and helpful. Good memories for us.」

「Very friendly and helpful staffs, historical building with not very good sound- proofing, overall experience is good.」
