Great location in the cultural quarter with really friendly staff, and lovely rooms with little luxuries like a complimentary re-stocked soft drinks mini bar and a turn down service. 「Very nice hotel , Carlos from the front desk is very helpful polite and speaks good English, my husband left his camera lens on a Cabify ride, Carlos helped us to deal with Cabify , at the end , we got our lens back. The housekeeping lady is very nice to , although she doesn't speak English but she tried her best to get our request done.」

「I like the location of the accommodation. It is 5 mins walk to Puente de Isabel II and 10 mins walk away from Torre del Oro, Alcazar and Catedral. There are many restaurants around the area. The apartment itself is very new and clean, decorated with good taste. It is very well equipped with kitchenette, coffee table, sofa and tv. Check-in staff was very friendly and informative.
