「staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. 「I loved my entire stay in Seville. The hotel offered cleanliness, great staff and good breakfast. Love its courtyard and how flexible they were when I asked if I could checked out an hour past my check out time. It is tucked away in a quiet street so it was a good place to sleep in. The housekeeing staff are also very efficient in making sure we have fresh towels and clean floors during our stay. I would highly recommend this place!」

「If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl!
