"I was in Cali for a funeral, and the day i got in i had gotten a surprise charge from my rental car company which made me short on my hotel payment in full. The staff there were more then gracious enough to work with me by letting me pay for just one night at that moment so i had a room to go change into my suit for the funeral that i was supose to be at in two hours. I was able to make arrangements to pay for the rest of my stay by the next morning. I was already stressed out so much with dealing with a funeral and extra charges for my rental and lack of sleep if it hadnt been for the compassion of the staff i probably would have had a melt down. I enjoyed every moment of my stay there and i will definately make my next reservations in cali at this hotel for sure!!!!!"
