"The staff were courteous and friendly. Their pool was clean and the water felt like I was swimming in the Caribbean. Just the right temp....not too cold and not too hot. Aple parking, and the rooms used digital cards linked to my room for entry. Their breakfast selections were plentiful and varied. Something to please just about anybody. My KS Bed/Room was very comfortable and I had a 48" HD TV with access to my favorite streaming services. The Free Wifi also made my stay more pleasurable. I'll definitely reserve a KS room again when I am back in town."

"Since the last time I stayed, which has been a while, I noticed the hotel had some upgrades done. I love the new look. The process with everything was great. They are very attentive to your needs. I even got a text message during my stay from management to make sure my stay was going well and to see if I had any concerns. They kept up with the cleaning of the rooms right on point, what I mean is, we had to go get a few things but planned on coming back, and in that hour or two we were gone they had the room cleaned. I was impressed. While the price is a bit high to me, I always tend to choose Hampton Inn Ottawa Starved Rock bc they are always giving great service. Kim is great by the way! And I believe the cleaning person’s name was Marna, according to the card, she was great too! Thank you guys for being on point!"

"My experience was amazing. Very quiet and serene. I was able to be in alignment w/ living a healthy, wealthy, abundance life. This getaway won't disappoint. My only advice will be to give yourself time to enjoy lounging by the fire pit. All fires have to be extinguished by 10pm."
