Didn’t have breakfast but had the buffet which was a little bit expensive but lots to choose from , and had a dinner in the cafe with a lovely pot of earl grey and cake , unfortunately didn’t get to use the pool or gym , very clean and polite staff.

ANANTI AT GANGNAM
Room is great as always, amazing gym, kind staff, but always find their parking system inefficient. Takes a while to get the car, car elevator malfunctioned and had to use the cab, but the staff did compensate for the taxi fare, delivered the car to my location and was apologetic. Everything from the kind and courteous housekeeping staff to the reception staff. The hotel is not one to miss out on. The breakfast was spectacular also, plenty of choice and well worth the money paid for it.
