"Perfect location with numerous dining options nearby. The spacious, clean room offers comfort, and it’s conveniently close to bus stops and the metro station. I particularly appreciate that their premier suites include a washer, which is very convenient for longer stays. The hotel staff are friendly and professional, making the experience even better. We plan to stay here again when we return to Korea. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, amenities, and service. "

"It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"Amazing place to stay in Myeongdong. Close to metro line, high end shopping, food carts, lots of beauty stores. Everything is walkable. The hotel is incredible. Staff, rooms, buffet, executive lounge. We had an amazing time and stay. Will stay again!"

"Pros: Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. They very helpfully had 240V to 120V transformers (not just adapters) for loan at no charge. Location is good. Cons: Rooms are very small. Bright red chairs and chairs look like a Japanese love hotel. Same with the pure black carpet (which shows every little speck of dust or lint). Disappointed that taxis are not on site and have to be called by the valet (which they do promptly). It adds another few minutes to every trip. "
