what I like: very convenient location and very well equipped hotel, good value for money It is only 1-2 minutes walk from Chungmuro station exit number 7 if you accept walking stairs. If you don't take the stairs, you have to walk a few more minutes. I got free upgraded to a twin bedroom which I am really grateful. There is toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, water dispenser, microwave, sink, washing machine etc in the common area. I enjoyed some noodles and chicken soup in restaurants nearby and they are really good (and maybe a bit cheaper than those in the tourist spots) You can walk 15-20 minutes to Myeongdong. what I don't like: basically nothing, the only thing is that in night sometimes you will hear the sound of your neighbour but it is really minor to me.

I arrived after 12am and did self check-in. This is my second time here. The location is very convenient as it is only a 20-minute walk to Myeongdong. The room is clean. There are tables and chairs for you to have meal. Overall this is a good worth of money.

Very basic hotel, small rooms, hard beds and the bathroom is one of those wet rooms where everything gets wet when you have a shower so it makes the space impossible to use afterwards.

Very nice area once you get to the appropriate floor. And yes, there is an elevator. Staff can speak English. However, you get what you pay for as the condition of the area is rather suspicious which made me uncomfortable in the beginning but I learned to just live with it. Next to Chungmuro station, so pretty convenient.

The staff and cleanliness is not the issue..the bed is too hard..I was not able to get a good sleep and when I requested to move to adiff room I was told the beds are all the same..they managed to give me an extra comforter

Está en una zona muy fea. Hay muchos trabajadores al rededor. La habitación no era nada que ver como en las fotos. Desde que llegamos olía horrible. Tuve que pasar una noche ahí y salirme temprano porque no aguantamos el olor. Cero recomendado muy mal. Espero me reembolsen mi dinero.

ホテル内の設備やサービスは申し分ありません。気になるのは、周辺の街のさびれ具合と、ホテルの入っているビルの管理についてです。ビルの一階に管理人用のカウンターはありますが、日中のみ人がいてそれ以外は不在のようです。夜にホテルに戻る時は、静か過ぎて不気味でした。少し怖かったです。又ビル周辺のお店もほぼ閉まっており、久しぶりに忠武路に泊まりましたがかなりさびれた街となってしまった印象です。 ホテル自体はとても良いし駅近でかなり便利ではありますが、ほんのわずかな距離であってもホテルに入るまでの小道は正直怖いです。

チュンムロ駅から徒歩2分ほど どこにいくにも便利です。 周辺はあまり観光客はおらずに、現地の方がいくお店が多かった。 施設は途中清掃などは入りませんが、比較的清潔でした。 部屋でタバコは吸えませんが、階段の踊り場、入り口などで吸えますのでありがたいです。

ほとんどセルフサービスですがゴミも外に捨てれてバスタオルも自分のタイミングで交換。 ウォーターサーバーがあり水、コーヒー無料。 シャワー温度変化なしシャンプー自分よりいいかも、トリートメントは使ってません。 明洞から徒歩10分くらいで静か、裏路地はローカルでご飯美味しい、日本語はほぼ通じないが英語ならコミュニケーション取れる。 本当に寝れればいいやという人向けかな？ 満足でした！

町工場ビルの最上階に宿泊施設がありました。メイン通りのから小道を通って行くので夜は少しだけ不安でした。建物に入ると明るいので安心です。最寄駅がとても近くて便利で、明洞駅から歩いて10分くらいっていうのも良いです。室内は掃除されていて、ダブルベットルームでしたが広さも1人では十分です。70Lスーツケースを広げても全く問題ないです。 コンセントが凹んでるタイプで変圧器が使用しづらかったです。シャワー室のドアの水漏れ防止のゴム付けが緩いせいかシャワーを浴びた後は室内に水が少し漏れました。勢いよくドアにシャワーの水がかかってしまい、けっこう水が漏れました。 共有スペースには必要最低限の歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、石鹸、タオル、レンジ、ウォーターサーバーなどがありました。 ホテル全体的に明るい印象です。

ビルの数フロアがホテルとしてつかわれていたので、最初は迷ってしまったが、駅近でどの観光地にも徒歩で行きやすかったです。チェックイン前にスーツケースを預かってもらうつもりで1時間前に伺ったら、すぐに手続きをしてもらえました。設備等本当に最低限のものだけでしたが、シンプルでとても使いやすかったです。ニュースになっているトコジラミの心配もありましたが、特に問題なく生活でした。スタッフの皆さんの対応が丁寧で安心して2泊3日を過ごせました。
