聖圖爾市Spa 飯店，旅行前必看！

「I stayed here for 1 night in Family Room because this hotel near from Asiop Football Field which my child had football competition on the next day. I was quite shocked that they charged breakfast fee to my 6 years old child (half price). I found this not usual, since i never got charged for breakfast of child under 7 years old. My older child (8 years old) is also got charged half price, but i was fine because other hotels some charged and other didnt charge. I only spent around 10 minutes...

「We stayed during the soft opening for 7 nights. It was around national holidays too so the hotel was at full capacity. Things I love: The hotel is clean. I love how tidy and meticulous the housekeeping service is. Staff are welcoming, helpful and respectful to all guests. Hotel location is adjacent to a shopping mall. Things needing improvement: Elevator wait time. Adding Food warmers at breakfast buffet so food doesn’t get cold, ie at egg and pancake station. Eggs arrived at the table cold.」

「biscuits crumbs on the desk chair and on the floor near the main door in first room. After asked and changed to another room , the desk chair was broken this time and also with biscuit crumbs but I could just swept it easily because it was a nylon net chair. Asked for replacing the chair and was done 25 mins later and with my impatience call again on this matter at 20 mins. Breakfast asking for nearly 15 usd per day which I did not try given the experience.」
