Perfect location as it’s surrounded by restaurants and shopping center. It’s walking distance to light rail station and we also loved the amazing customer service. Breakfast buffet was also delicious with different selections everyday. One thing that can be improved is the number of outlet and locations in the bedroom. We couldn’t find any right next to our bed which would’ve been more convenient.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel put me in a smoking room, as they were fully booked. Even though i had requested non-smoking. This was one of the most disgusting stays in years. I could not sleep. The stink was unbearable. Furniture, bedding, pillows, mattress, carpets, curtains, everything on that whole floor had an accumulation of decades of smoke. The room was so nasty, that when i returned home, i could still smell the smoke in my clothes when i unpacked. Finally the last night they changed me to a non-smoking room. Will not stay again if they do not guarantee non smoking requests.

Very European decor, was within walking distance to a mall with plenty of street food along the way. Rooms that face the main road can get a little noisy at night but overall was a pleasant stay. Staff were welcoming and helpful in extending our checkout.
