「Wonderful!!! Everyone is so nice, friendly and smiley. Location is good! Easy to get everything. When I checked out on 16th, I was very ill, receptionist was so kind and helpful. I appreciated VERY much!!! I will definitely come back. Once again, thanks! And thumbs up!」

「A two day stay at this hotel. Hotel is located outside the center. Hotel-area is big, and it's very beautiful there. Rooms are big and holds a high standard. Pool is also very big. It is located right next to outbound activities like high ropes; a challenging activity that occupies you for a couple of hours. Had an issue with my creditcard being charged twice, but the hotel staff handled it very professionally, and it was solved by the hotel manager.」

Petit problème, les autocars des clients de l'hôtel font un bruit énorme la nuit, ils démarrent leur véhicule plusieurs fois et le laissent longtemps, et le matin ils klaxonnernt beaucoup pour leurs clients mais dérangent les autres clients de l'hôtel 」

「I had another great experience staying at Cipta Pancoran. The staff were helpful as usual, the room excellent, and the free breakfast selection was also very nice. The only constant issue I have is the unreliability of internet in the rooms.」

「It feels more like a hostel than hotel. Lack of amenities and standard facilities. Not many option of breakfast and needs to be improved taste wise. Location is good because is next to Bintaro Plaza. Staff are kind and helpful. 」

「基本上我喜歡這家飯店，但來3次都有不一樣的感受，房間有窗外風景的比較好，因為比較大一點看起來也乾淨舒服，但這次入住有事先預訂，只是check in的時候確不是給我這樣的房間，還要我據理力爭才有，這讓人不是很舒服」
