We stayed a week. When we requested, we were promptly offered to change to a quieter room. Mr Krishna made sure our delayed luggage was received and delivered. We had business across the road but strangesky there is no good pedestrian access to the hotel. Have to navigate the car camp.

I was pleasantly surprised at how new, clean and comfortable this place is. The front desk staff and other staff were very kind and helpful. The room is spacious and very clean. The view from the room is also spectacular that you can even enjoy the night view of Jakarta. The breakfast was delicious with many menu provided. Overall a very good stay here!
