I stayed in room 802. The elevator was very load all night. I can't sleep well due to the noise. It feels like someone knocking on the wall every now and then. I used earplugs and that didn't help a lot. I hope next time, you can: 1. Let us choose not to sleep next to an elevator prior to logging. So we have a choice to stay elsewhere, even another hotel if neccesary. 2. If we cannot choose, at least notify us first. So there will not be bad suprises like this time. 3. If possible, strenthen the noise insulation for rooms next to an elevator.
