Not bad

A bit overpriced for what it was. I’ve spent less before at other hotels that had more to offer. This was not much more than a standard business hotel. Overall it is a nice place. Nothing special. No vending machines or water coolers. Smoking area is out back by the service entrance.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. L’établissement est bien situé : à environ 10 minutes à pied de la gare de Sendai. Il y a également plusieurs convenience stores à proximité, ce qui est très pratique. La chambre était propre et confortable. Les serviettes étaient changées régulièrement et le ménage complet était effectué tous les trois jours, ce qui nous a convenu. Le personnel a été vraiment excellent : toujours souriant, disponible et très serviable. Ils nous ont beaucoup aidés durant notre séjour, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Un petit point d’amélioration : il serait appréciable d’ajouter une deuxième, voire une troisième machine à laver ainsi qu’un sèche-linge supplémentaire, car les équipements actuellement disponibles sont insuffisants pour le nombre de clients et l’attente peut devenir longue. Dans l’ensemble, nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel et y reviendrions avec plaisir.

部屋広めで、綺麗、朝食美味しい

部屋は綺麗で広い、従業員はとても丁寧です。朝食はとても美味しいです。バイキング形式で今回の宿泊では東北フェアをやっており、青森のバラ焼なども頂けました。自分は個人的に牛タンカレーがお気に入りで、ホテルバイキングの朝食とは思えないクオリティーと思います。また朝食会場を担当されている従業員も気持ち良く挨拶して下さり、気持ちの良い方々でした。
