「Very basic but excellent A****」

「Communication was horrible about where to check-in. After checking in, the room condition could have been better. Refrigerator had mold and old food in it and smelled horrible. After checking the roim out, you can definitely tell it was cleaned property from the last occupant. Dirt and hair was all over the floor.」
