All the staff from the cleaners, security and front desk staff were all excellent. They were helpful in every way. Ita at the front desk was extremely helpful. She took care of everything smoothly from start to finish during the length of my stay. The security staff, Sutikno,Sabinus.Ferdi and Lorens always greeted me with a beautiful smile and gave me some good tips on the local food, shopping and sight seeing. I would highly recommend the hotel for everyone.

An excellent hotel with warm, friendly staff, just a short walk from Seminyak beach. We stayed fifteen nights and are already planning to return next year. The location is ideal: close to the beach and plenty of restaurants, yet the hotel itself is wonderfully quiet, a true haven between the beach and the bustle of the town. Our bed was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The pool was lovely, with a swim-up bar and plenty of loungers to relax on. Breakfast was very good. The variety was a little limited, but the breakfast broth and the banana chocolate strudel were delicious. Above all, it was the people who made our stay. Everyone was genuinely kind and welcoming. Special thanks to Fei for her warm greeting every morning at breakfast, and to Daffa and Listia at the front desk, who were always happy to help with anything we needed. We can't speak highly enough of our experience. It was perfect.
