Excellent hotel with very friendly and hospitable staff. Had requested a sea view room on a high floor and we got one on check in with an excellent view. Vegetarian food was excellent especially in their fine dining restaurant which we could visit everyday. Menu in menu dining room could have more vegetarian options. Also buffet in the gardens had limited vegetarian options. Hotel has 2 bars......one in lobby and one by the pool. Loved all the all-inclusive drinks. There is also a juice bar by the beach which was great for freshly made juoces and coconut juice. Would have preferred one more bar by the beach so don't need to come to pool to get an alcoholic drink but that is just a minor point. Mini bar refilled daily which has many snacks and non alcoholic drinks + beers. This is included in all inclusive. Entertainment was good especially the fire show, cabaret show and the duo who came on Mondays and Wednesday evenings to perform. All in all we had a superb time at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Bali for a holiday.

Fantastic stay at SOL Benoa Bali Eveything was great from check in to check in to check out Property is clean and well kept, rooms are spacious and comfortable and every member of the staff was friendly and accommodating We asked for an airport pick up and drop off to be arranged which was worth doing as we had hassle free transfers with great drivers There was a good variety of food at every restaurant and evening entertainment was enjoyable Overall we couldn't have asked for a more relaxing vacation with every need taken care of 5 stars 🌟

Okay stay. Negatives: room was damp and clammy, tiles everywhere are incredibly slippery, staff are friendly however at price point don’t expect to have to chase reception after booking and waiting half an hour to be let into our room and given our luggage, also don’t expect to have to retrieve luggage from luggage room when leaving. Positives: good menu at restaurant, good breakfast, spacious rooms and nice towels and bathroom products Probably won’t stay again and if I did it would be for a couple of nights

A large luxurious room kept very clean. The beautiful, swimmable beach and the pool both have plenty of shade and loungers. The all-inclusive food and drink was great. From the omelette station in the morning to the poolside daiquiri to the local beer. The minibar was always refilled but that beer was not as good and no coke only coke zero. The 'kitchen' alacarte meals are good but the 'garden' buffets for lunch and dinner were excellent.

The property looks very nice. The breakfast and lunch area were bright and airy, and I appreciated having an indoor, air conditioned space to eat breakfast and lunch. The grounds were lovely with lots of greenery. The pool was nice, with swim up bar. Really nice beach chairs and covered areas on the beach provided. Better than other hotels nearby. The guest rooms tho, need updating. The furniture has clear signs of wear and tear. The rain-like shower heads need either a serious cleaning or to be replaced altogether. I chose not to use it and used the hand held shower head instead. The first room I was given- on the ground floor- definitely had a noticeable funky smell the second I entered. I switched rooms to a much better smelling room, but was informed the balcony looked out to the street. That said, the street was a side street with vendor stores and was not that busy. I had spent the previous 7 nights at Sofitel- a 10 min walk south on the beach, which is a much more luxurious and expensive resort. That said, the staff at Sol were just as pleasant and attentive as at Sofitel. For the price of staying at Sol, it was well worth the money spent.

Overall, I rate this property excellent. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that during my stay, I didn't have the chance to fully experience the all-inclusive aspect. The reason for that was that the facility lacked options for pure vegetarian food. Every single dish had meat or eggs. So we were limited to eating fruits and a few hand-selected veg dishes. BUT I'm very appreciative of the staff for accommodating our needs and the chef for making us dishes outside of the menu. On the very last day, staff brought us a veg menu that they no longer used at their facility.

Superbe hôtel dans un cadre magnifique ! Le personnel ainsi que tous les locaux sont adorables et prennent soins de nous. Hôtel propre et entretenu, chambre spacieuse et confortable. L’hôtel dispose de belles prestations comme sa plage privative, sa grande piscine avec bar, les 2 restaurants, les animations etc… je recommande à 100%
