「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「We were pleasantly surprised to discover that our balcony overlooked the piazza! This charming hotel was within walking distance of many restaurants and boutiques. This made it easy for us to explore the city of Verona both during the day and at night. We were greeted by hotel staff who made us feel welcome and at ease. Such a great place to spend the night in Verona! 」

「Wir waren auf der Durchreise und haben eine Nacht in der Residence La Filanda verbracht – und wir waren begeistert! Die Unterkunft ist top: sauber, gepflegt und sehr charmant. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die super Kommunikation im Vorfeld und vor Ort – alles lief reibungslos. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich.
