Beautiful property

Ok stay

The area of town seemed a little sketchy. The apartment building is definitely older. Our apartment was clean but had a really strong floral scent which was horrible for someone with scent sensitivities. The bed was saggy and tge pillows were really flat. Some of the dishes were chipped. Ok for one night but would not stay again.

A depressing and downtrodden establishment

I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona!

Appartement super, alles sehr sauber, ruhig. Gross genug für 4 Personen, 1-2 Tage. Klimaanlage perfekt, bei 36 ° C lebensnotwendig. Bett sehr gut, neue Matratzen mit memoryfoam. Rezeption 24 std. , alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit ! Leihfahrräder und Parkplatz am Haus. Absolut super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis ! Zum Frühstück auf die Piazza d'Erbe fahren .

Sanierungsbedürftig, Trennung durch Eisentüren. Apt.zweigeschossig, Treppe sehr locker, oben leer, war alleine unterwegs und den ganzen Tag Sightseeing. Zum schlafen hat es gereicht. Allerdings gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Es schreit nicht nach Wiederholung

Das Haus liegt zentral, alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Das Haus ist alt und abgewohnt. Lampe kaputt, Wasserkocher mit Wackelkontakt, Toilettenbrille am Rand aufgequollen, Duschkopfstange locker. Vor dem Haus Kippen und Scherben auf dem Boden. Alles sehr "60erJahre"- oder wie ein anderer Gast schrieb: Warschauer Pakt- Charme. Personal war freundlich.

C’est un hôtel qui propose des appartements, assez proche du centre ville. Nous y avons passé 1 nuit en escale et tout s’est bien passé. Les plus : personnel sympathique, parking fermé gratuit, climatisation, appartement très spacieux, Aldi juste à côté pour faire quelques courses pour le petit dejeuner, pas trop loin du centre historique (20 mn à pied ?) Les moins : strict minimum dans l’appartement un peu vieillot (pas de café ni torchon ni produit vaisselle…), matelas très très durs (mais on a quand même bien dormi !), quartier de périphérie de ville donc bof et bruyant.

Ok leilihetskompleks som leies ut. Fikk en stor leilighet, med en fin veranda, 2 soverom, 2 bad, hvor det ene badet også hadde vaskemaskin. Kjøkkenkrok og mulighet for å lage egen mat. Ingen matservering på hotellet, men matbutikk bare 150m unna. Rent, men slitent. Sengene hadde de fjernet hovedmadrassene på, sånn at man lå på understellet. Kunne like gjerne sovet på gulvet. Var som å ha en egen leilighet hvor man må vaske seg ut og fjerne søppel selv. Beliggenhet rett ved hovedvei som var godt trafikkert hele døgnet. 2km til sentrum, hvor man måtte gå gjennom et lite parti av veien, hvor man holdt ekstra godt på verdisakene sine, grunnet folk og gjenger som fulgte nøye med. Lite behjelpelig betjening. Fikk hjelp til å bestille taxi en kveld, men tips til gode restauranter hadde de ikke. Ville sjekket godt rundt etter andre alternativer for overnatting, før jeg velger dette igjen.

Die Unterkunft hat eine recht gute Lage (Supermarkt, kleine Läden und Restaurants in unmitttelbarer Nähe, 5 Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, von dort ca. 5 Minuten ins Zentrum) Check-in war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein paar Informationen über Müllentsorgunmg, Reinigung usw. wären hilfreich gewesen. Netterweise hat man uns ein größeres Appartement gegeben. Die Wohnung selber war praktisch mit Schlafzimmer, Bad, Balkon und Küche, aber nicht wirklich schön oder gemütlich. In der Küche fehlten verschiedene Utensilien wie z.B. Korkenzieher oder Dosenöffner oder Kelle... Insgesamt kann ich die Unterkunft aber für einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt in Verona empfehlen.

Découverte de Vérone et alentours

Accueil très agréable et personnel disponible. Grand logement (surclassement pour notre part) avec mobilier succinct. Conseil : demander si possible une chambre qui n’est pas côté route car assez bruyante avec la circulation. Commerces à proximité pour faire des courses. A 20 min. à pied pour aller visiter le centre-ville de Vérone. Parking gratuit au pied de la résidence si vous avez une voiture.

Premier séjour à Vérone

Nous y avons séjourné en famille une semaine. L'accueil y est formidable, le personnel est toujours disponible, agréable, aimable, souriant, à l'écoute, et fait preuve de bienveillance et de professionnalisme. Ma situation personnelle (PMR) a été prise en compte (salle de bain et parking). L'appartement était très propre, sympa et bien équipé. Le petit plus : la 2ème chambre à l'étage supérieur, très vaste, sous le toit, avec accès par un escalier en colimaçon... les enfants ont adoré ! Seul point négatif : L'appartement donnait sur la rue principale... trop bruyante la nuit et très tôt le matin pour des personnes habituées au silence de la nuit à la campagne ! A part ça, c'était parfait !

Vähän kolkko huoneisto

Hulppean kokoinen asunto, jossa iso makuuhuone, olohuone-keittiö, kylpyhuone pesukoneella ja parveke. Keittiöstä näkyi löytyvän oleellinen. Iso kompleksi, vähän kolkko. Alakerrassa snack-automaatti, muuta tarjoilua ei ole. Noin puolen tunnin kävelymatka keskustaan, osa matkasta vähemmän viihtyisä. Hotellin ympäristö aika ankea, paljon kauniimpiakin alueita kaupungissa oli. Bussit lähtivät n. 200m päästä, niillä pääsi esim. Porta Nuovan rautatieasemalle. Lipun voi ostaa kioskista matkan varrelta. Seuraavan hotellin varaisin lähempää keskustaa ja maksaisin vähän enemmän. Taksi asemalta maksoi viitisentoista euroa.

Kurztrip Verona

Die Residenz ist unweit des Zentrums der Stadt. Wer guter Verfassung ist, kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Aber es gibt auch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und hätte bei vorhandenen Möbeln auf der Terrasse und nicht so staubträchtigen Vorhängen die Bewertung "exzellent" verdient. Verona ist einfach eine wunderschöne Stadt mit tollen Events und ich war das 2. Mal hier und würde immer wieder gern her kommen und auch in dieser Residenz einchecken. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Very disappointed. For over 300 Euros, we got a tiny apartment for one night with all the charm of the Warsaw Pact along a busy and charmless street beside a rail yard. It is not a hotel but a short-term residence, which was not sufficiently clear in the listing. The property is dingy though the front desk was friendly enough. Would not, under any circumstances, recommend.
