"The biggest issue for us was their lack of a heated jacuzzi at the pool. A 4 star vacation destination absolutely needs one. Makes the pool largely worthless 9 months of the year. They also have glass panels on the bathroom doors that let light in and wake up everyone in the room if anyone gets up in the night."

"The room I was given half was completely soaked due to a leak from the AC or possibly from the carpet being left wet after cleaning. I contacted the front desk and was told that no other rooms were available. The only solution offered was towels for the floor, which is unacceptable. There was also no manager on-site to address the issue. The room smelled damp and was very uncomfortable to stay in. Additionally, the bathroom is extremely small, which made the overall experience even worse."

We appreciate the old pictures showing the transformation of the building from a historic bank into a classy hotel. Ended up booking an additional Drury stay in Louisiana just because it was so nice "
