"Clean environment, courteous staff. We felt safe 24 hr security personnel. Quiet community.
We only didn’t have hot water the whole 30 days stay and that was uncomfortable, we didn’t take a shower for once. We had to boil water in a kettle every day between 5 of us wasn’t an easy task at all."

"The apartment itself is nice, but several operational issues made the stay frustrating.
The bathroom had extremely dim lighting and water leaked onto the floor after every shower, creating a safety hazard. I reported this on day one, but it took three days to be moved—only to a room with the same problem.
There was no Wi-Fi for three days. Management cited router issues and initially said they couldn’t help because I booked through Expedia, which is not the guest’s responsibility. I only...
