「Ein neues uns schön gelegenes Hotel, zumindest wenn man Zimmer in Richtung Bucht hat wie wir es hatten. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer mit einem rießigen Balkon. Einzig an irgendwelchen Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen mangelt es, im Bad gibt es nichts für die Handtücher.」

In addition, the television, cooker hood, one of the air conditioners, and several lamps were all out of order. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! 「The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfy. How ever we arrived pretty much empty handed because the airline delayed our luggage. We told the girls up front about it. The luggage got there the night of and no one told us. I called the next morning at 9am and I had to ask if the luggage’s were there and they receptionist, said yes since last night. I think it would had been nice and courteous, for them to have called us as they arrived.」
