「Ein neues uns schön gelegenes Hotel, zumindest wenn man Zimmer in Richtung Bucht hat wie wir es hatten. Wir hatten ein großes und helles Zimmer mit einem rießigen Balkon. Einzig an irgendwelchen Möglichkeiten etwas aufzuhängen mangelt es, im Bad gibt es nichts für die Handtücher.」

「The room is quite old and does not match the advertised photos. There were many issues, including a leaking bathroom tap that caused extremely low water pressure. In addition, the television, cooker hood, one of the air conditioners, and several lamps were all out of order. We raised these issues, but due to the year-end period, no one came to repair them, and no alternative rooms were available. It was a very unpleasant stay and completely ruined our trip. It was absolutely not worth the money...

「The hotel and amenities were amazing, but the staff made this stay INCREDIBLE. SO friendly and accommodating. My son left a few beloved stuffed animals behind, and the hotel staff found them and shipped them to us at home in the USA within a week! Not only that, they sent us a personalized laminated book where they wrote about the plushies' adventures and photoshopped them into various locations around portugal. 「地點很好，我住的房間一開窗戶就是奧古斯塔街 （Arco da Rua Augusta）下午接近傍晚的時候都有一些表演，你可能開窗的時候就可以看得到，感覺蠻愜意，晚餐在地下1樓個人覺得還算還可以。不過單人旅遊晚上的時候要多注意一點，我在那邊附近晚上都遇到有人上來講一些話或搭訕，我是沒理他們就快步走開。」

「The hotel is nice and the bed was very comfy. How ever we arrived pretty much empty handed because the airline delayed our luggage. We told the girls up front about it. The luggage got there the night of and no one told us. I called the next morning at 9am and I had to ask if the luggage’s were there and they receptionist, said yes since last night. I think it would had been nice and courteous, for them to have called us as they arrived.」
