「It is a beautiful hotel in a beautiful location. It has everything in it and an amazing spa. The staff is very nice and the service is outstanding. Specifically Laura from the reception was so nice always did above and beyond to make us feel great.」

「Staff was amazing, great location and property. My only gripe is flies, yes flies EVERYWHERE. In the restaurant and room. We left windows open for 20 minutes and counted 12 flies on the room. Dinner, there were easily 10 flies at our table alone. This is common in the area so I don’t blame the hotel. I was told the cows are the reason」

「櫃檯小姐態度平淡，對於飯店的設施少說明。房間光源很暗，空間可，浴室俱備L型的按摩浴缸，因我們使用三溫暖，所以未使用按摩浴缸。飯店的烤箱勉強可容納4個人，有點小，蒸氣室也只能容納兩個人，有其他人在使用時，很不方便！她有一個中等大小的室內游泳池，Wifi使用起來還算流暢。熱水壺需要的話可向櫃檯索取，有陽台面對山景」

「我們三位成人住家庭房，有一張雙人床，兩張雙人壘床，可住六人。家人房位置在大路傍，打開窗便是街道，缺乏私穩。浴室空間也有限。此外，一齊都滿意，免費泊車，早歺好味，員工服務親切。」

「Very good stay. I didn’t realise the hotel is named after the chocolate brand. Very nice visit to the chocolate factory too~ Restaurant staff is nice; but the reception staff not very friendly, always poker face.」

「浴室老舊沒有抽風機只能打開對走廊的窗戶，走廊是鏤空的整棟建築物看起來像美國老舊汽車旅館，從一進房房間跟浴室都是霉味，房間潮濕被子蓋起來濕濕涼涼，暖氣沒什麼作用，因為是附屬樓所以也沒人可以處理這些問題，房間也沒電話可以讓你打給櫃檯，因為這棟建築物只有兩樓外面就是草地，所以雖然我住二樓還是有在房間看到蟲子」
