「The room was freezing, they claimed there is central heating. In fact there was only an air-conditioner with the maximum temperature output at 32 degrees Celsius which the weather reported between 3c to 7c even during daytime. There was only a thin blanket provided. Some of the lighting were not working too. The environment was also very dirty, cockroaches ruining around the apartment. And inside the main entrance as well. 「If you need a place in sector 3 this is a very good hotel. Very clean , great breakfast options, a nice restaurant near by if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. Free parking 」

「The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and helpful during my stay! (the welcome glass of bubbles was a nice touch). Also, the nice lady who works evenings organized my wake up call and to-go breakfast one morning. The gentleman behind the bar during breakfast, making the coffees, was a delight. Polite, attentive and great service. All of them made my stay very pleasant (give them a raise)」
