「Good hotel in the city with easy access to the city centre. The house is comfortable and clean, good for business visitors. BUT, hotel staff need to be well trained, at the check-in and check-out it seems to take the reception guy ages to do the simple work. 「It was so lovely to stay again in New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven. My last stay was in 2019 and was so good that I made sure I was booked in for my latest stay in Delhi. The in hotel restaurant was good, clean, anf cheap.
The rooms were clean and the staff incredibly friendly.
Incredibly easy to book transport.
Cons: cant order food to your room from outside sources.
Outside can be loud (but thats everywhere in the city, not the fault of the hotel.)
Cant have friends or guests inside the room.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
