「I checked in on 06/18 our bathroom floor was wet(as if it was just mopped). We didn’t realize at first and walked on it. This caused the floor to get dirty. That’s also a safety hazard. Someone could have slipped. There was a person assigned to us because of my Expedia membership. She was not very helpful. Poor customer service. On 07/21/26 we ran out of shower gel. We called and were told the property had none. They said they would provide bar soap. We never received it!!! Call to the numbers...

「Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. 「The property was well maintained with beautiful flowers and grounds. The beach is beautiful great for swimming and an abundance of beach furniture. There are yellow flags to guide you but I did not see a lifeguard.
The rooms are clean with basic amenities but a bit dated still using keys and safety box uses a removable lock.
The staff in the restaurants were polite and friendly. Food in general was very good.

「Perfect place to unwind and recharge. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were friendly.
We had a wonderful couples massage. The entertainment was low-key and quaint. We highly recommend getting a bungalow with a plunge pool since the beach cabanas are in the sun by mid-afternoon.」
