"We stayed for 2 nights. The check-in process was smooth and the staff member who checked us in was kind, welcoming, and knowledgeable of Brighton. The room is basic but good for the price. The walls were however, dirty with what could have been coffee sprayed on the walls. But the washroom was clean. There was nothing in regards to cleanliness that ruined our stay, just little things we noticed. The second night of our two day stay we returned from dinner to find that something from the bathroom had leaked and flooded the entry way of the room and bathroom. We informed the front desk and our room was changed. I did ask them for a small travel sized toothpaste for the trouble and they still charged me for it which was disappointing. Overall the location and staff are the best aspect of this hotel. This is a good no-frills option if you don’t care for a luxury stay, it gets the job the done. "

"Nice clean room on 4th floor with great sea view. Breakfast was delicious. Nice and central with easy walk to shops, bars and restaurants . You will need a restaurant for your evening meal as the hotel restaurant becomes a cabaret bar in evening. It does seem to be Drag artist Cabaret every night,if you like that. We would stay again."

"View from the room was outstanding! Definitely worth visiting the hotel for this. Big comfy bed also. Location great on the seafront. Could hear noise from outside / other guests, but personally this didn't bother me. Hotel in general is tired around the edges, could do with a spruce up especially for the price you pay. Disappointing dinner in the restaurant - much better on offer in Brighton, would venture out. "
