「Clean rooms, air conditioning, excellent staff and service」

「The floor was nasty, felt damp. Used a white washcloth to wipe over floor and showed to reception person at checkout. Asked about a possible partial or full refund, was told it would take a manager's approval. Went nowhere from there. Would not recommend!」

「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「Staff was very rude when we had a family emergency and had to leave 40 minutes after checking in. Would not offer a partial refund of anything and was very rude and insincere」

「Issue was the only rooms available for single occupancy were smoking rooms. Room stunk to high heaven. Had to purchase air fresheners in attempt to reduce the stink. I suggest staying at a nearby hotel named SLEEP.」

「This was our second time staying at Annette's place at Grande Cayman. It was exactly the same - so clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and of corse a an amazing oceanfront view.」

「Unit was clean and AC worked well. The beds were not very comfortable, too soft for us. The bedroom walls and bathroom wall and ceiling had several areas that need repairs/paint. Next visit, I will pay a little more and get a nicer place. I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. Pictures on website show one small step to get in unit from the porch. What wasn't shown is the other 2 steps to get into the porch. Also, bathroom door was so narrow that my mom's walker wouldn't fit.」
