「We appreciated the LVP flooring and even the metal bed pedestals that accounted for noticeably less opportunity for dust. The place was quiet, the complementary breakfast was adequate, and it was an overall good stay. Not a fan of the unsecured internet, but hey…」

「The room was dirty. Not well cleaned. There was an exposed electrical socket. Did not have a cover on it. Was not well stocked. Ran out of tissues and toilet paper in the middle of the night. Had to go down the street and buy more toilet paper at 3:30 in the morning was just overall. Not a nice place to stay」

「When we checked into our room, the overall appearance was good and seemed clean. When we tried to watch TV, our TV kept shutting off, so we had to call and get it replaced. They did send maintenance the next day and brought a new TV. Next, our refrigerator was not getting cold. We had also informed mainteance about this and he attempted to de-ice it. It did not help and we had to throw food away that was not kept cold. Pools were small, but clean.」

「We had a great time! The hotel was located in a nice area with plenty of restaurants nearby to choose from. Our room was spacious and clean, and there was sufficient parking available. The bathroom could definitely use some upgrades, and the hotel does not have an elevator, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, for a last-minute 4th of July weekend trip, we enjoyed our stay and would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️」

「The lazy river pool water was discolored (yellow). It didn't look safe to enter. We were promised by Expedia a ocean front room, but when we got there to check in, they didn't have an ocean front room.」

「Our room door was not latched when we arrived. The door way had cob webs. Hall messy. Mold in the bathroom. The ground level」

「from the moment we arrived it was a bad experience, then once we headed to the room carpet is worn out dirty, air vents dirty,paint peeling off. then the keys didn't work took pictures. sent me husband videos. one of the most unfriendly hotels we have ever stayed at as to the room yuck had to wrip off the end table. have pictures, bed spread dirty, had to take it off. The bed have pictures rested out refrigerator dirty microwave, have pictures of that too. I can go on, have videos and have...

「We had a few hiccups with cleanliness, missing towels, big cockroaches getting in, dryer had to be fixed, had to be fixed, and was provided with a yellow really old pillow pillows for the pullout. Overall, it was a good experience & the children enjoyed it.」
