「Location is great but the hotel is very outdated. Much of the tile around the outdoor pool was missing and the ladder was significantly bent. The wood on the outdoor trellis was weathered badly and just did not feel like a fresh and enjoyable space to relax. I would expect a stay like this to be of lower price and could almost understand but for a Hilton at $400 plus per night and in a tourist area, my wife and I expected a classier stay. The staff were accommodating and felt they were providing...

「When we checked in our first room was half renovated. There was no art on the walls and the bed was very thin. A couple days into our stay my foot went through the cracked bathtub. We were moved into another room, which had mold on the shower curtain and the floors turned our feet black. We asked for a complete service and the floors remained dirty. Our room was never cleaned in the 8 days we were there. The key cards to our room stopped working twice locking us out of our room. The staff...

「I didn't get a chance to stay at the hotel. Because I got a email 3 hours before being at the hotel. Saying my room was cancelled. Try calling them 12 times and no answer. So not a good place to do business with. I'm glad I haven't left.」

If the host could improve the cleanliness of the kitchen, freshen up the house, and ensure blankets are available, it would make the stay much more comfortable.」
