We arrived in Haifa and day after was Yom Kippur, Mr Yaniv working at the hotel helped us to get a taxi take us from Haifa to Jerusalem. 「The couple who owned the property were very helpful. They gave me a ride to the train station on my last day as I was unsure how I was going to get there. The wife was very kind and helped me with some issues related to travel for me as I had not traveled much out of the US. My room was clean. The hotel is located in a great area. I thought it might be noisy as it was on the corner of two very busy streets, but it was very quiet. 」

「We had 6 days in Haifa and liked this location and having cooking facilities. These aspects worked well. We also like the size and layout of the bathroom. The instructions for the check-in worked well, and every question we asked was answered quickly and very helpfully. This was super helpful. 「This was a restorative 2 night stay helped by the kindness of the front desk, great breakfast buffet, clean/spacious room (with an incredible view of the bay), and terrific location at the heart of Carmel Center. 」
