Clean room. The check-in staff found an issue with my reservation. Actually, they found out I reserved it 3 times. They canceled two and reversed charges.

I felt that this hotel did not meet up with what a Marriott Hotel’s standards should be. Upon arrival a woman was yelling profanities at the entrance to the hotel. The pool was too cold and surroundings unkept. The tub drain was broken and left on the side of the tub. There were no bags in our garbage ...
