Wilkes-Barre Inn and Suites
Room 287 was in very poor condition. Mold above the door on the ceiling. Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Lots of chips/holes in the walls. Could hear footsteps and voices before they got near our door.Front desk was rude and unhelpful. Looked like many people living there or homeless.

We arrived late and I had to use the restroom. Linda at the check in desk told me that no restroom was available in the lobby area. After check in, I found out that there was one. I assume she told me that before she realized that I was prepaid. The room was nice and the bed didn’t have enough pillows ...
