"This property was renovated recently, was super clean and offered everything you could want in a studio. Cold ac, a new washer and dryer, nice sheets and towels and all hard surface floors. Beware that there are stairs and the area around the property is very dense, so parking may be a block or two away. I did get barraged with at least a dozen messages between the host and Expedia, so they need to figure the communications piece out. Would definitely recommend for a solo business traveler like...
