「Clean room and courteous staff」

「Beautifully manicured grounds on arrival. Easy parking outside our cottage. Good sized bathroom with plenty of hot water and nice toiletries. Well appointed kitchenette and we had to ask for just a couple of essential items. Nice balcony surrounded by trees. However, one of the cats was a real problem coming onto the balcony and leaving mess on the couch. Heavy music from a nearby property was a problem on occasions. 「The Buccaneer Beach Club was perfect stay. The staff friendly especially Candace at Front Desk. The grounds well kept. My room was immaculate. I would definitely stay there again. If there is a downside, which there is not. The Buccaneer does not host an eatery, but why would it. You have a kitchen to cook your own food. Microwave, hot stove, etc. Next door is the Salt Plage which has good food. Great staff too!」

「This hotel is very calm and beautiful. If you are looking for a relaxing vacation this is your hotel. The room were very spacious and they are always checking if you need something. Now, when it comes to the restaurants the food is somehow limited so be sure to be on time, the staff doesn’t tell you everything so try to ask as much as you want ex: we find out the hotel had all the water activities we wanted to do for free at the very last day of our stay. 「真难以想象还有实际情况和图片介绍差异如此大的酒店，房间设施很差，有很多“爬行的小动物”，房间内异味，即便是最便宜的房间也不应该如此吧，强烈建议大家还是别选了。」

「This resort was amazing and I have never been treated better. The property was beautiful, the gardens were amazing, the views were great. We loved our room, the dunk pool, the outdoor shower, the cabana. We will definitely be back.」

「Overall, my stay was quite good. The environment and location were great, and the host was very friendly. The only areas for improvement were: the seasonings were a bit limited – salt and pepper were almost gone; laundry detergent needed to be brought from home; and the shower water pressure was a little low. Aside from these, everything else was perfect, and I would gladly recommend this place.」

「There was a major seaweed issue, which I know is not the property’s fault, but we had to move rooms because it was so bad and the smell was so bad. The staff was great in upgrading us for free to better rooms, I just wish we would have known because then we would’ve changed properties.
