「Small family owned hotel. Located in a remote location, so very peaceful and quiet. In the evening there is a nice fireplace in the lounge. Perfect for a quick pre or post dinner hangout on a chilly night. Drive to the hotel is filled with scenic views of the water, rolling hills dotted with grazing sheep! 「Bedroom was lovely and exceptionally clean,only thing was that mattress was very uncomfortable and thin quilt for winter,although room was extremely warm throughout night Dinner was absolutely lovely with a great carvery meal.that you can go for more ,but I had plenty Staff extremely helpful and nothing was a bother Hotel 5 mins from town centre and ferry terminus Weather was beautiful,you must take a walk around castle grounds and the creed,wonderful 」
