「Stunning views 」

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」

「We didn't really know what expect and it turned out be a very pleasant surprise. The hotel is compact yet there is plenty of room in the fire heated large and small sitting rooms. There's a wee conservatory as well with lovely views. The breakfast room was ample fir the guests. Restaurant was closed for winter but the Àn Praban bar served lovely food, emphasis on seafood/fish/ and local beef etc., with specials roughly every couple of days. 「What an amazing find…a beautifully maintained hotel in the heart of one Scotland’s most beautiful places. The rooms are a good size but the attraction is that they are exquisitely decorated and well-equipped. There are no staff on the premises but the rooms are serviced each day and the amazing variety of breakfast ingredients (including locally-sourced smoked salmon and cheeses as well as granola, fresh rolls, croissants and preserves, juice etc.)」
