「Eine Perle im Norden Schottlands! Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Atlantik… Wir hatten nicht einmal das Bedürfnis den Fernseher anzustellen. Frühstück und Abendessen war jeweils sehr gut. Alle waren sehr freundlich und wir würden jederzeit wieder einchecken!」

「有一個胖女人，服務態度超級差. 房間也很小. 一點不像4星酒店. One of staff ‘s attitude is very bad , room is very small, do not like 4star hotel.」

「The room condition is clearly old and worn off especially for the toilet. It’s clean though. The hotel needs a renovation to bring the client experience to the next higher level. 」

「Not an up to date fully modern hotel, but that is part of the charm. Staff very attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Lovely grounds and a good view of Beauly Firth from the North side of the hotel. Rooms on that side always booked well in advance. It would be ideal if fruit was provided in the rooms or as additional items at breakfast. Maybe to take with you for lunch if out and about.」
