「This was a last minute booking and was well worth the 8 hour drive to get to Armadale. Cottage was fantastic and felt immediately cosy and homely. The area is spectacularly beautiful- we will be coming back!」

「The location is beautiful, the home modern and the host is so friendly (not to mention the chillest dog Brody who is just a handsome lad). There’s lovely little bar and restaurant a couple minutes up the road where you can grab dinner. Note - this part of the island is really away from it all which makes it wonderful. The room was well set for our family of 4 and the bathroom was very clean and functioned well. Parking was convenient with no concerns. Had a great time and hope to return. 」

「The hotel is a few minutes walk from Mallaig train station, and the ferry terminal. There are two supermarkets and a few restaurants around the village so that one can easily get refreshments. I was amazed that the hotel is in a delicate traditional wooden decor, and has a relaxing garden terrace. I also enjoyed the window view a lot! The room was clean and it’s reception was excellent. I strongly recommend anyone who plan to visit any Hebrides islands, give the hotel a chance,.」
