The inn keeper, Pat, was exceptional. The Manor is fabulous and the attention to detail extraordinary. Never seen a nice place. A gem if you ever go to Fallingwater.

The house was absolutely beautiful, quiet, and a wonderful step back in time. The best part of our stay, however, was conversing with the innkeeper. I wish we had had more time to talk!

The interior of the house is furnished with antiques. Everything was done with with a very high level of quality. Pat, the owner is very gracious. The after dinner snacks were delicious . I would definitely stay there again.

Lovely venue; great service.
Apparently dogs are only welcome in a particular rooms which was not apparent when booking. Nonetheless Pat was able to switch our room and accommodate us with Murphy, our service certified labradoodle. She also kindly held my delicious breakfast until I returned from a tour at Falling Waters which was a phenomenal visit.

Pat was wonderful and she did a great job restoring the mansion to accommodate my Mom and I. She had drinks and snacks out always and gave us a tour of the historical mansion! We will be back again!

South Broadway Manor was charming, roomy, interesting in a historical setting, and full of snacks which we indulged in. The breakfast was so tasty and the owner accommodated my gluten free dietary restrictions. The house was having heating issues the days we visited but they just had a major storm in the area. She moved us into a larger 3 room suite which was the biggest we had ever been. Within a 10 minute drive there was shops and restaurants. Within a half hour we could visit Shanksville/Flight 93, Frank Lloyd Wright's Falling Water and Ohiopyle or an amazing recreational site. We highly recommend South Broadway Manor.

This property is magnificent! The owner was so accommodating. Giving us a history of her home was informative and interesting. She is a warm and personable woman. This manor house is the best, most beautiful, finely appointed B&B that we have ever stayed at and my husband and I have travelled the world extensively.

The hotel is a Victorian era gem that is well-maintained. It is whimsical and inviting without being "stuffy". Gracious host is easily reached by texting or email. This historic hotel is a great choice if you're looking for accommodations near Frank Lloyd Wright's Fallingwater (UNESCO World Heritage Site). Also, a short drive to Kentuck Knob. Always a pleasure to stay here and we will be coming back.

South Broadway Manor is a hidden gem!! It is beautifully furnished and decorated and the owner has thought of everything possible to make your stay as comfortable and convenient as possible. The host is so friendly and welcoming, and made our visit very fun! The reason I gave the area 4 stars instead of 5 is only because the picture makes the house look more isolated and really it is on a street of other houses. However, once you step inside, this doesn't matter because you are transported to another world! Beautiful and stunning and so, so cool!! We loved our stay there and wish we could have stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay at South Broadway Manor and would go back in a heartbeat! What a beautiful B & B, with all the amenities you can imagine, super quiet and clean, and an amazing breakfast! Best Last Minute Stay EVER
I decided, at the VERY last minute, to stay in Western PA on my way from Columbus to Baltimore. Not a lot was available (I wasn't being very picky) but this place had one room left, and it looked very colorful, bold, and intriguing, so I booked it. And OH MY WORD, I am SO glad I did. This house is incredible. I could have stayed a week studying all the art and reading the books and researching the history. The room had all kinds of interesting Civil War and Titanic era items on display-- it was like staying at a museum. I've visited the Biltmore several times and I really felt like I was staying at a place on par with it. I felt straight up regal taking a jacuzzi bath and climbing into a tall, velvety bed. The room I was in had a side room with a bookcase and secretary desk and balcony-- there was a safe hidden behind a painting--I felt like I was a queen in an escape room in the best way possible. The amenities were so clean, the house was beautifully decorated, and the attention to detail blew me away. I loved that even with all the history and honoring the past (the skeleton keys to the rooms are the original locks!), I got to enjoy my modern comforts of streaming TV and free WiFi. Pat and her nephew, Mike, were incredible hosts-- breakfast was amazing and I felt like royalty enjoying it by myself at the lavish dining room table as classical music played! I was living out a regal fantasy I didn't even know I HAD. I couldn't have scripted out a better stay if I tried. If you are looking for a unique stay that will come with a story that your friends will only believe if you send them pictures, I highly recommend this place! Thank you again for a truly unforgettable experience, and I definitely hope to return!
