"Stay was great and the hotel was a close walk to Enterprise Center."

"There were pubic hairs on the bathroom floor when we arrived. Hair on the walls in the shower, mirrors not wiped, carpet not vacuumed. The hair dryer didn't work, nor did the majority of the fitness equipment. When I called the front desk about the pubic hair on the floor, they told me they didn't have any other rooms available (which would not have helped) and the cleaning staff had left for the day but I was welcome to come to the front desk and use their broom on the bathroom floor. When I swept the pubic hair, more hair that blended in with the floor floated like tumbleweeds. Ew. "

"The room was comfortable, and clean. The beds had plenty of pillows and a comfortable bed. The check in process was quick. The room had a clean bathroom and shower, with plenty of towels for us. The only issue I would bring up is that there was only 1 operational elevator which meant a delay in getting to your room not on the ground floor as many people were using the same one."

"This was an average property. It was in close proximity to The Dome, which was the purpose of our stay. As a frequent traveler, I felt the price and fees for one night, were high. Also, I received an additional charge after our stay, late in the evening, which was not reflected on our statement. Needless to say, we will be selecting a different hotel during our next visit to St. Louis. "

"The hotel was great. I love the options to dine at the hotel. The brewery had amazing food with great staff and the breakfast buffet was wonderful. The front staff were all polite and friendly. The hotel store was open early and late which was very convenient. The area was also pleasant and had a lot to do within walking distance and it felt safe. "

"This was the worst hotel that I had ever stayed in and NEVER again. I stayed at this hotel location years ago and it has deteriorated to the point that there are no words. My husband and I contemplated leaving, but we stayed the 2 nights out of necessity. We were in town for a funeral and needed a less expensive option for an unexpected event and I know that you get what you pay for, but Expedia needs to take this hotel option off of the list of options. It was run down, filthy, horrible ambiance and vibe and the staff didn't seem to even notice or care."

"We booked this hotel for the vicinity to the Dome and for the known chain name. There were several issues during our stay that i think were significant due to the fact the hotel was sold out for the weekend: Parking is only valet and there was only one person working valet, so, could take up to 45min to get the vehicle 3 elevators but only 1 was working We didnt have hot water the first morning we showered The handle on our bathroom drawer was broken, the piece put in the drawer, when we arrived There were dirty dishes from the previous guest in the dishwasher, which caused the room to smell bad"

"This hotel is a bit worn, and the breakfast, while hot, feels like a bare minimum: 2 hot items plus waffle maker, only white bread and one kind of bagel, apples were only fruit. And no water for guests anywhere in the hotel: not in the breakfast area, not in the lobby, no water dispenser in the fitness center. I asked at the front desk and all they could offer was to sell me bottled water. This is a pretty basic offering to not provide. "
