"I will start with the arrival that the clerk at the desk informed us that the only elevator was broken and that we would have to use the stairs and if that wasn’t okay he wouldn’t hold our reservation. The 2nd floor wasn’t lit very well and had that feeling of panic when you can’t see the faces of other guests standing in the hallway. After getting our keycards to work and entering the room located on the 2nd level in the middle of the motel only 3 of the 8 lights not including the bathroom...
