「The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.」

「No complaint. Good room, good breakfast. Complimentary dinner from Mon to Thur is simple but good enough. When shuttle is unavailable, shuttle of the hotel next door will assist.」

「Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service 」

「Only reason why I booked the hotel was for the pool and sauna but they didn’t advertise it was broken. Very upsetting. Wasted $300. I wouldn’t have booked and I want my money back. There was also security standing outside my room and pacing the whole night which was very odd and there was people slamming doors all night. Do not recommend a stay here. Waiting to hear from Expedia I want my money back!」

「For the price it was poor condition. I prebooked so didn't realize. The room wasn't ready when i arrived at 5. For 225 plus tax it wasn't great. The shower didn't work properly. The pool was great but other than that, it wasn't good. I might not have left a review if i paid much much less. 」
