「The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.」

「Dirty bed spread stained with what looked like blood. Dirty floors, dirty bathroom floor, shower and walls covered in hair and splashes of pop or coffee, extremely loud staff at 5:30am, clanging dishes and talking excessively loud in hallway. Other guests running up and down hallways and stomping around in rooms above, yelling in hallways and outside at all hours of night!」
