"Arrived at the room to find out it overlooked the pool. Nowhere on the booking did it say I was going to be staring at an indoor pool in a room reeking of chlorine and listening to kids screaming and splashing until 11pm just to be woken up again by them at 8am when the pool reopened. There were long hairs all over the hotel room including one in my bed, and I lost count of how many were in the shower. There was also an old wash cloth bunched up under my fitted sheet. I will never stay here again it felt so dirty and was SO loud. "

"Stayed there a for birthday party for my niece, unfortunately, the people across the hallway were drunk, partying and arguing in the hallway all night. Made a complaint when we were checking out, we were told the manager would call us the next day never did. "

"Breakfast was awesome, building itself is super clean and very nice! Big disappointment was that the whole pool/waterslide area shut down during our stay - we had no warning when we booked that this would happen. We were also happy to see that there was daily housekeeping as part of our stay, but it was disappointing that we had to ask both times, they never actually came to our room without our prompting to clean."
