「A delightful beautifully decorated Victorian hotel from 1875. A very nice parlor to relax in with games for the kids and an equally charming dining room. Breakfast if you want it. Your host, Simone, loves to talk with her guests and is very helpful. Several good restaurants just a block away」

There were 5 of us and we were comfortable in the family room with 2 double and 2 twin beds, which is great for a larger family. 「I love the little Courtyard with the barbecue and benches for guests to use. Management was super welcoming to myself and my service dog and everyone was very friendly. The room needs a little bit of work but I can tell it's in process. Light bulbs need to be checked. There was no coffee machine my second stay, but I didn't ask about that so I can't complain. Very clean and comfortable. 」

「Charming inn in Baddeck. Beautiful slopping view down to lake across the road. Hotel and restaurant staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. King room was spacious, and being from Florida loved the in room fireplace. Tub was good size. I am a bigger guy, at #260. But fit into tub for a nice soak. Highly recommend the Alexander gram bell museum. The gondola ride was worth the hour drive. But prepare mentally for the 10 minute stretch up the mountain side literally along a cliff edge. ...
