"This hotel needs better maintenance. The location if great. The lobby is great. Once you go upstairs there are problems. The carpet in the hallways either needs a thorough cleaning or replacement. I realize that this is a high traffic area, but this is the hotel's problem. The carpet just looks dirty and dingy. Also, in various hallway areas there are broken ceiling tiles. These tiles are inexpensive. They need to be replaced. The elevators need service. They clank and wheeze like an old man. The floor indicator lights are dim and hard to read. Blankets on the bed are uncomfortable. They don't breathe so you end up sweating while sleeping. The pillows are not comfortable. They seem cheap. This is all small, inexpensive stuff. I believe that Mariott charges enough to afford repairs and to provide better quality."

"The hotel has been renovated. It's not super fancy but does the job, especially if you are only using the room to sleep and shower. The only thing we did not like was how thin the walls were. Our neighbors were not loud but we felt like we knew exactly what everyone was doing at all times. I was able to sleep with a white noise app and ear plugs. "

"This "hotel" is in a really good area but the rooms are not all the way clean. Beds are ok but after telling front desk if I can get the room clean up the only thing that change was beds were done and dirty towels where switch, garbage was taken out but no sweeping or mopping of the room happen. The pool was ok. I would not recommend to stay here, I will NOT EVEN CONSIDER staying here next time. "

"The ice machine on our floor didn’t work as well as the floor below so had to go to different floors to see which one actually worked. The tv was not working so called the front desk and he was very short with us and told us to just flip the channels up and down and hung up but nothing was working so we did not have a working tv the whole trip. The cleaning was nice though as was the cleaning staff. "

"The bed was small, but it was exactly what I needed for the weekend. The bed was beyond comfortable, and it was centrally located to what I had going on. If you’re not big on stairs, this may not be for you since you have to climb to the lobby, and then the second floor if you get a room on that floor. "
